Description
A quick and flavorful side dish made with air-fried cauliflower florets, seasoned to perfection with garlic powder and smoked paprika.
Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower, cut into florets
 - 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
 - 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
 - 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
 - 0.5 teaspoon Salt
 - 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
 - 1 handful Fresh Parsley, chopped
 
Instructions
- Prepare the cauliflower by removing leaves and stem, then cut into evenly sized florets (1 to 1.5 inches).
 - In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower florets with olive oil and toss until evenly coated.
 - Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Toss again until all florets are well-coated.
 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
 - Place the seasoned cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
 - Set the air fryer timer for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
 - Once cooked, remove the basket and transfer the cauliflower to a serving dish.
 - Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
 
Notes
This dish is best served hot and can also be added to salads for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
