Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and fresh herbs.
- Form mixture into balls and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Check for doneness with a meat thermometer; it should read 165°F (75°C) in the center.
