Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons sushi vinegar
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup crab meat or imitation crab
- 1 cucumber, diced

- Spicy mayo, optional
- Pickled ginger, for serving
- Wasabi, for serving

Instructions
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Combine rice and water in a pot and cook until tender and sticky.
- Once cooked, let the rice cool in a wooden or plastic container.
- Prepare your fresh vegetables and toppings while the rice cools.
- Layer the cooled rice in a bowl with avocado, crab, and cucumber.
- Drizzle with soy sauce or spicy mayo and serve with pickled ginger and wasabi.
