  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Optional: vegetables like peas, corn, or diced bell peppers


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef with chopped onions and minced garlic.
  3. In a baking dish, combine the browned beef, uncooked rice, beef broth, and seasonings.
  4. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
