Description
A hearty and flavorful pasta dish with tender chicken and a rich buttery herb sauce.
Ingredients
- 8 oz linguine
- 2 cups bite-sized chicken pieces
- 4 tbsp unsalted European-style butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- Parmesan cheese, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package directions.
- In a large skillet, sauté chicken pieces until golden brown, then remove.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in herbs and seasonings, then add pasta and chicken back to the skillet.
- Toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with parsley and Parmesan if desired.
Notes
Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
