Description

A hearty and flavorful pasta dish with tender chicken and a rich buttery herb sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 2 cups bite-sized chicken pieces
  • 4 tbsp unsalted European-style butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Cayenne pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package directions.
  2. In a large skillet, sauté chicken pieces until golden brown, then remove.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Stir in herbs and seasonings, then add pasta and chicken back to the skillet.
  5. Toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
  6. Serve in bowls, garnished with parsley and Parmesan if desired.

Notes

Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
