Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a hot skillet, melt butter until bubbly, then add minced garlic.
- Lay the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook until golden brown on one side.
- Flip the salmon fillets and cook until done, about 3-4 minutes.
Notes
Use a non-stick skillet for easier cooking and flipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
