Description

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. In a hot skillet, melt butter until bubbly, then add minced garlic.
  3. Lay the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook until golden brown on one side.
  4. Flip the salmon fillets and cook until done, about 3-4 minutes.

Notes
