A delightful, nutritious treat combining Greek yogurt and fresh berries, perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 to 2 cups Greek yogurt, plain or lightly sweetened
- 1 to 1½ cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup granola or chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Shredded coconut for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse fresh berries gently and pat them dry. Chop larger berries like strawberries into bite-sized pieces if needed.
- Have your Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and granola or nuts ready to go.
- Spoon a generous layer of Greek yogurt into the bottom of your glass or bowl.
- Scatter a handful of fresh berries over the yogurt.
- Add a crunchy layer of granola or nuts.
- Repeat the layering process one or two more times.
- Drizzle lightly with honey or maple syrup.
Notes
Serve chilled and consider garnishing with fresh mint leaves or shredded coconut for an extra touch.
