Description

A delightful, nutritious treat combining Greek yogurt and fresh berries, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 cups Greek yogurt, plain or lightly sweetened
  • 1 to 1½ cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup granola or chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

  2. Have your Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and granola or nuts ready to go.
  3. Spoon a generous layer of Greek yogurt into the bottom of your glass or bowl.
  4. Scatter a handful of fresh berries over the yogurt.
  5. Add a crunchy layer of granola or nuts.
  6. Repeat the layering process one or two more times.
  7. Drizzle lightly with honey or maple syrup.

Notes

Serve chilled and consider garnishing with fresh mint leaves or shredded coconut for an extra touch.
