Description

A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, wrapped in a flavorful burrito. Quick and easy to make in under 30 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Optional fillings (spinach, bell peppers, jalapeños)


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each tortilla.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cheeses together.
  4. Place the cheese mixture on the unbuttered side of the tortilla.
  5. Add any optional fillings you desire.
  6. Fold the tortilla carefully to secure the fillings.
  7. Place the burrito in the skillet, buttered side down.
  8. Grill until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  9. Flip and grill the other side until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden, about another 3-4 minutes.
  10. Remove from skillet, cut in half, and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with marinara or salsa for dipping. For a vegetarian option, load up on veggies!
