A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, wrapped in a flavorful burrito. Quick and easy to make in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Optional fillings (spinach, bell peppers, jalapeños)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each tortilla.
- In a bowl, mix the cheeses together.
- Place the cheese mixture on the unbuttered side of the tortilla.
- Add any optional fillings you desire.
- Fold the tortilla carefully to secure the fillings.
- Place the burrito in the skillet, buttered side down.
- Grill until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and grill the other side until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden, about another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from skillet, cut in half, and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with marinara or salsa for dipping. For a vegetarian option, load up on veggies!
