Description

Delicious, chewy homemade gummies made with real fruit juices, customizable and nutritious for the whole family.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups 100% pure fruit juice
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (honey or agave syrup)
  • 2 tablespoons high-quality gelatin
  • Silicone molds for shaping


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the fruit juice and sweetener over low heat.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin over the mixture and stir continuously until fully dissolved.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until the gummies are firm.
  5. Remove from molds and serve, or store in an airtight container.

Notes

For vegan gummies, replace gelatin with agar-agar. Adjust sweetness as needed and use high-quality ingredients for the best results.
