Ingredients

  • 4 salmon filets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season the salmon filets with salt and pepper, then place them skin-side down in the skillet.
  4. Sear for about 4-5 minutes, until the salmon has a crispy exterior.
  5. Pour the honey garlic sauce into the skillet and allow it to glaze the salmon, cooking for an additional 4-5 minutes.
