Description

A refreshing and nutritious smoothie combining sweet mandarins and bananas with creamy Greek yogurt, perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 3 medium Mandarins (peeled and segmented)
  • 1 medium Banana (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt (plain)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Honey (adjust based on preference)
  • 1 cup Milk or Orange Juice (for blending)
  • 1 handful Ice Cubes (for chilling and texture)


Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and prepare them by peeling and segmenting the mandarins and chopping the banana.
  2. Place the mandarin segments into the blender first.
  3. Add the chopped banana to the blender.
  4. Scoop in the Greek yogurt.
  5. If using honey, add it now.
  6. Pour in the milk or orange juice.
  7. Blend on high until smooth, adjusting the liquid if necessary.
  8. Add ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and fully integrated.
  9. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Garnish with a slice of mandarin or a sprinkle of granola. Best enjoyed fresh, consume within 24 hours for best taste.
