Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients, ensuring everything is measured accurately. Have a large mixing bowl ready and a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a medium-sized saucepan, combine granulated sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Stir over medium heat until well combined and begins to boil.
- Once boiling, allow it to boil for 1-2 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until melted and incorporated.
- Add rolled oats and stir until evenly coated.
- Add vanilla flavoring and stir to combine.
- Drop spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour to set.
- For quicker setting, refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
