Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Flavoring


Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients, ensuring everything is measured accurately. Have a large mixing bowl ready and a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine granulated sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Stir over medium heat until well combined and begins to boil.
  3. Once boiling, allow it to boil for 1-2 minutes without stirring.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until melted and incorporated.
  5. Add rolled oats and stir until evenly coated.
  6. Add vanilla flavoring and stir to combine.
  7. Drop spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour to set.
  8. For quicker setting, refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
