Ingredients
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup aquafaba
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Parchment paper for lining the pan
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cocoa powder, flour, and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, whip the aquafaba until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped aquafaba into the dry ingredient mixture.
- Mix in the melted dark chocolate and sugar, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then let it cool and chill for several hours before serving.
