Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup aquafaba
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Parchment paper for lining the pan


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cocoa powder, flour, and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the aquafaba until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped aquafaba into the dry ingredient mixture.
  5. Mix in the melted dark chocolate and sugar, followed by the vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, then let it cool and chill for several hours before serving.
