Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, sugar, and eggs.
  4. Gently mix the wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
