Ingredients
- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 3/4–1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp pure peppermint extract
- 1 cup cold heavy cream
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and peppermint extract, mixing until combined.
- In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in the crushed candy canes and a pinch of salt.
- Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
- Serve with assorted fruits, cookies, or graham crackers.
Notes
For best results, chill the mixing equipment and use pure peppermint extract. Adjust peppermint intensity to taste.
