Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha (or to taste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sliced green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and seasonings.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until cooked through.
- While meatballs bake, mix the sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce in a bowl.
- Once meatballs are cooked, toss them in the firecracker sauce until fully coated.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
