Description

Spicy and tangy Firecracker Chicken Meatballs, bursting with flavor and perfect for dinner or as a party appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sliced green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and seasonings.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until cooked through.
  5. While meatballs bake, mix the sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  6. Once meatballs are cooked, toss them in the firecracker sauce until fully coated.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
