Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (dill or parsley), chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for sautéing
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free alternative)
Instructions
- Sauté spinach with minced garlic in olive oil until wilted. Squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sautéed spinach, feta, eggs, fresh herbs, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) until set and golden, about 30 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
