Description

Delicious and healthy frozen bites made with Greek yogurt and peanut butter, perfect for snacking any time.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, at room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans, optional)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in mini chocolate chips and any optional add-ins like cinnamon, chia seeds, or chopped nuts.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Freeze for at least 120 minutes or until solid.
  6. Once frozen, transfer the bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer.

Notes

Keep the peanut butter at room temperature for easier mixing. You can experiment with different flavors and sweeteners.
