Ingredients
- 4 oz White Chocolate
- 2 tbsp Matcha Powder
- 1 stick Unsalted Butter
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown and nutty in aroma. Let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, white chocolate, and granulated sugar. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Sift together the all-purpose flour and matcha powder, then gently fold them into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting them into squares.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. You can drizzle melted white chocolate on top or sprinkle with powdered sugar for an extra touch.
