Ingredients
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
 - 3-4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
 - 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
 - 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
 - 1/4 teaspoon Salt
 - 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
 
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by peeling the garlic cloves.
 - Finely mince the garlic using a sharp knife or garlic press.
 - In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and minced garlic, stirring until evenly distributed.
 - Squeeze the lemon juice into the bowl, mixing thoroughly.
 - Drizzle olive oil into the mixture while stirring continuously to emulsify.
 - Season with salt and black pepper, adjusting to taste.
 - Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
 - Stir the aioli before serving and adjust consistency as needed.
