Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh herbs (parsley or rosemary), optional
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt.
- Add warm water and knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the risen dough into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss pieces with melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan.
- Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
