Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese to make the sauce.
- Place the seasoned chicken in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
- Top with additional parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is crispy.
