Description

A cozy and comforting dish featuring creamy garlic sauce, tender chicken, and a golden topping of Parmesan, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté diced chicken until golden and cooked through.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  5. In a bowl, combine the sautéed chicken with cooked pasta and heavy cream. Stir in half of the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  7. Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through and golden on top.
  9. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Can freeze portions for up to 3 months.
