Description

Quick and flavorful Garlic Parmesan Sautéed Mushrooms, perfect as a side dish for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Toss in the sliced mushrooms and sauté until browned and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
