Quick and flavorful Garlic Parmesan Sautéed Mushrooms, perfect as a side dish for any meal.
Ingredients
- 1 pound mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Toss in the sliced mushrooms and sauté until browned and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and allow it to melt slightly before serving.
