Description
Colorful gelatin treats that add a magical touch to any dessert, easy to make and fun for all ages.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fruit juice of your choice (sweetened)
- 1/4 cup gelatin sheets or powder
- 1/2 cup water (for blooming gelatin)
- Food coloring (optional)
- Non-stick cooking spray (for molds)
Instructions
- Bloom the gelatin in a small bowl with water for about 5 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, gently heat the fruit juice over low heat.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the juice and stir until completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Once set, remove from molds and store in an airtight container.
Notes
Store gelatin sequins in the fridge for up to a week. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
