Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
- Honey or natural sweetener to taste
- Optional: Fresh fruits, herbal teas, flavor extracts (e.g., vanilla)
Instructions
- Bloom the gelatin in a bowl with a small amount of cold water for 5 minutes.
- Heat the remaining water in a saucepan until warm.
- Remove from heat, add the bloomed gelatin, and stir until fully dissolved.
- Mix in the sweetener and any additional flavors or ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into a glass dish and refrigerate until set, about 1-2 hours.
Notes
