Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff or 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 package graham crackers, for serving
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Black food coloring or edible eyes, for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the chocolate chips and heavy cream until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared dish and layer marshmallow fluff or mini marshmallows on top.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the marshmallows puff up and turn lightly golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and add black food coloring dots or edible eyes for decoration.
- Serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate chips for enhanced flavor. To add extra crunch, consider topping it with crushed graham crackers before baking.
