Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup milk

- 4 oz cream cheese
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and spices.
- In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, and molasses.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pipe or spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow donuts to cool while you prepare the filling by whisking cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and desired spices until smooth.
- Once cooled, fill the donuts with the creamy spiced filling using a piping bag.
