Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, chives, tarragon)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, fresh herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the green goddess dressing.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the dressing for at least 30 minutes (overnight is best).
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
