Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, chives, tarragon)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, fresh herbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the green goddess dressing.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the dressing for at least 30 minutes (overnight is best).
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
