Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 banana or 1/2 cup berries (optional)
  • Chia seeds or granola for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
