Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 banana or 1/2 cup berries (optional)
- Chia seeds or granola for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Blend spinach with almond milk until smooth.
- Add avocado and honey (if using), and blend until creamy.
- If desired, add banana or berries for extra sweetness and blend again.
- Adjust consistency with more liquid as needed.
