Description

A comforting and hearty casserole with seasoned ground beef, creamy sauce, and a crispy topping, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic; sauté until softened.
  2. In a baking dish, layer the ground beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, and seasonings. Mix well.
  3. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and top with breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  5. Let sit for a few minutes before serving, garnished with fresh parsley or chives.
