Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic; sauté until softened.
- In a baking dish, layer the ground beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, and seasonings. Mix well.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese and top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
