Description
A spooky and delicious baked brie cheese wrapped in puff pastry and served with fruity preserves, perfect for Halloween parties.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 wheel brie cheese (8 oz)
- 3 tablespoons raspberry or cherry preserves
- 1 egg, beaten
- Optional: Extra preserves for drizzling after baking
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry and place the brie cheese in the center.
- Spoon the raspberry or cherry preserves over the brie.
- Fold the pastry over the brie and seal the edges well.
- Brush the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes, drizzle more preserves on top, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container. Reheat in the oven before serving.
