Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
- 1 bell pepper, any color, cubed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Metal or wooden skewers
Instructions
- Marinate the cubed chicken in a mix of soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
- Thread the marinated chicken, pineapple, and bell pepper onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
