Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked tortellini
  • 3 cups pasta sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a pan along with the chopped onion and minced garlic until fully cooked.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the browned beef, pasta sauce, and cooked tortellini.
  3. Layer the mixture into a baking dish, then top with mozzarella and provolone cheese.
