Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups cooked tortellini
- 3 cups pasta sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a pan along with the chopped onion and minced garlic until fully cooked.
- In a large bowl, combine the browned beef, pasta sauce, and cooked tortellini.
- Layer the mixture into a baking dish, then top with mozzarella and provolone cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
