Description

An indulgent cheesecake that combines creamy textures with the nutty flavor of pistachios and velvety white chocolate, perfect for special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 8 oz white chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup pistachios, toasted and chopped


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan to create a crust.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine room temperature cream cheese and melted white chocolate until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and mix until well incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Stir in the toasted pistachios.
  6. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  8. Garnish with extra crushed pistachios and serve with whipped cream and berries.
