Ingredients
- 1 whole turkey breast (skin-on)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic and chopped herbs.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Spread the herb butter under the skin and over the outside of the turkey.
- Roast the turkey in the preheated oven, basting every 30 minutes.
- Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 15-20 minutes before carving.
Notes
For additional flavors, try different herbs or add citrus zest to the herb butter.
