Description

A succulent turkey breast coated in herb butter, perfect for impressing your family and friends at any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 whole turkey breast (skin-on)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic and chopped herbs.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the herb butter under the skin and over the outside of the turkey.
  5. Roast the turkey in the preheated oven, basting every 30 minutes.
  6. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the turkey rest for 15-20 minutes before carving.

Notes

For additional flavors, try different herbs or add citrus zest to the herb butter.
