Instructions
- Wash and thoroughly dry your fresh herbs.
- Remove any unwanted stems or leaves.
- For air-drying, tie small bundles of herbs and hang them upside down in a dark, dry place for 1-3 weeks, or until thoroughly dried.
- For the oven method, lay the herbs on a baking sheet and dry them at the lowest temperature (around 175°F or 80°C) for several hours, checking regularly.
- Once dried, store the herbs in airtight containers away from light and heat.
