Description

Creamy, festive white chocolate marshmallow fudge that’s easy to make and perfect for gifts or cookie trays.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup festive sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly butter the paper.
  2. In a saucepan or double boiler, heat white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter until the chocolate is melted and smooth (do not exceed 160°F/71°C).
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and a pinch of salt.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows and sprinkles (if using).
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan and press gently.
  6. Top with extra marshmallows or sprinkles if desired.
  7. Chill for at least 2 hours until firm before slicing into squares.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality white chocolate with cocoa butter. Store in an airtight container at cool room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
