Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup high-quality dark chocolate chips
  • 12 whole almonds
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for chocolate)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk until well mixed.
  2. Form the mixture into bite-sized mounds and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill the mounds in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. In a double boiler, melt dark chocolate chips slowly over simmering water, adding coconut oil if desired to smoothen.
