Description
Delicious and easy-to-prepare chicken kofta kebabs that blend wonderful flavors, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Chicken
 - 1 medium Onion, finely grated
 - 2 cloves Garlic, minced
 - 1 handful Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
 - 1 teaspoon Cumin, ground
 - 1 teaspoon Coriander, ground
 - Salt, to taste
 - Pepper, to taste
 - 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
 - 1/2 lemon, Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
 - Wooden or Metal Skewers, as needed (soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes if using)
 
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients on a clean surface.
 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken with the finely grated onion.
 - Add the minced garlic to the mixture and stir well.
 - Sprinkle in the ground cumin and coriander, mixing thoroughly.
 - Incorporate the finely chopped parsley into the mixture.
 - Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Drizzle the olive oil and squeeze in the lemon juice.
 - Using your hands, gently mix all the ingredients until fully combined.
 - Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
 - Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
 - Form the chicken mixture into oblong shapes around your skewers.
 - Carefully place the skewers on the hot grates and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side.
 - Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
 - Serve the kebabs with your choice of sides or dips.
 
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best taste. Soak wooden skewers to prevent burning on the grill.
