Ingredients
- Store-bought pizza dough (or homemade)
- Cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or your choice)
- Pepperoni (optional)
- Veggies (bell peppers, onions, etc.)
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut dough into circles or squares for the pockets.
- Add cheese and your choice of fillings to the center of each piece of dough.
- Fold the dough over to create pockets and seal the edges firmly.
- Place the pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with dipping sauce and enjoy!
