Description

Ingredients

  • Store-bought pizza dough (or homemade)
  • Cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or your choice)
  • Pepperoni (optional)
  • Veggies (bell peppers, onions, etc.)
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut dough into circles or squares for the pockets.
  4. Add cheese and your choice of fillings to the center of each piece of dough.
  5. Fold the dough over to create pockets and seal the edges firmly.
  6. Place the pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
