Ingredients
- 1 cup Raw Hemp Seeds
- 4 cups Filtered Water
- 2 tablespoons Sweetener (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)
- 1 pinch Salt (optional)
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients: 1 cup of hemp seeds, 4 cups of filtered water, sweeteners, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Rinse the hemp seeds under cold running water for about 30 seconds.
- In a high-speed blender, combine the rinsed hemp seeds and 4 cups of filtered water. Add sweetener and vanilla extract if using. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until creamy.
- Check the texture; it should be smooth and slightly frothy. Add more water if a thinner consistency is desired.
- Strain the milk through a fine mesh strainer if a silkier texture is preferred.
- Store the hemp milk in a clean glass jar or bottle in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. Shake before use.
