Description

A rich and creamy homemade Nutella that you can customize to your taste, perfect for spreading or using in recipes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Roasted Hazelnuts (skins removed)
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and toast the hazelnuts on a baking sheet for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Let the hazelnuts cool slightly, then rub them in a kitchen towel to remove excess skins.
  3. Transfer the peeled hazelnuts to a food processor and blend until smooth.
  4. Add cocoa powder and blend until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour in honey or maple syrup, vegetable oil, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness or salt if needed, then blend again.
  7. Transfer to a clean jar and let cool before sealing. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
