  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree (plain, without additives)
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Flavoring
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt


Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on a clean countertop.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and pumpkin puree. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add brown sugar and blend until fully incorporated.
  4. Add ground cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix until well distributed.
  5. Incorporate vanilla flavoring and blend on low speed.
  6. Add a pinch of salt and mix for an additional 30 seconds.
  7. Taste the spread and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Notes
