Ingredients
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese (softened to room temperature)
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree (plain, without additives)
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Flavoring
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on a clean countertop.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and pumpkin puree. Blend until smooth.
- Add brown sugar and blend until fully incorporated.
- Add ground cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix until well distributed.
- Incorporate vanilla flavoring and blend on low speed.
- Add a pinch of salt and mix for an additional 30 seconds.
- Taste the spread and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
For a thicker spread, use less pumpkin puree. You can add chopped nuts or dried fruits like cranberries for extra texture.
