Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, rye flour, and mixed seeds.
- Gradually add water and salt to form a moist dough.
- Roll out the dough thinly (1-2 mm) on a floured surface.
- Bake in a preheated oven until golden and crisp, about 30 minutes.
- Check for doneness by tapping on the back—should sound hollow.
