Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh corn kernels (or frozen corn, thawed)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together honey, eggs, milk, and melted butter.
  3. Gently fold in the corn, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
