Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
 - 2 Honeycrisp apples, diced
 - 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
 - 1/2 cup carrots, grated
 - 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
 - 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
 - 2 tablespoons honey
 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, diced apples, red onion, grated carrots, sunflower seeds, and raisins if using.
 - In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
 - Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
 - Serve chilled and enjoy!
