Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add softened butter and egg, mixing until a dough forms. Chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a silicone muffin pan.
  4. Scoop dough into the muffin tin, pressing down lightly to shape the cups.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then make an indentation in the center of each cup while warm.
  6. Fill each cup with hot chocolate and let cool slightly before serving.
