Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 pounds starchy potatoes (like Russets)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Red pepper flakes, optional
- Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish
Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes, then boil in salted water until tender.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink and cooked through.
