Description
Crispy, golden bites of feta cheese wrapped in delicate pastry with a sweet and spicy glaze.
Ingredients
- 4 oz feta cheese
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the puff pastry into squares.
- Place a portion of feta in the center of each square.
- Fold over the sides of the pastry and seal tightly.
- Brush the outside with olive oil.
- Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Mix honey and sweet chili sauce for the drizzle.
- Serve warm, drizzled with sweet chili honey.
